Zohar Cinema has announced the hiring of Nívio Alves de Souza to serve as executive producer.
This is the second time Nivio has worked on the Zohar. The producer has already commanded the production company’s São Paulo office – which is based in Rio de Janeiro – from 2012 to 2016.
In this return, the professional is responsible for restructuring the commercial department, with functions that also include work as Head Of Sales, in addition to having the mission of bringing new scene directors to the casting of the production company, which today has Joana do Prado, the duo Tomat and the trio Cajamanga.

Graduated in advertising from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), Nívio has been at PBA Cinema since 2016 and his resume also records a long experience in the RTVC area of DM9DDB, among other activities.
