Campaign signed by DM9 will give iFood Club benefits to fans every time the team is defeated
iFood has announced the launch of a campaign to promote Clube iFood. The piece “Winners”, signed by DM9, aims to transform the experience of Íbis, known as the “worst football team in the world”.
The initiative consists of making the team that loses the most win, through a subscription to Clube iFood. In practice, every time Ibis is defeated, its fans will receive benefits within the platform.
The first phase of the campaign was launched last Sunday (18), with content made for TikTok and Instagram.
To generate engagement on social media, the brands started a dialogue on X (formerly Twitter) about the victory/defeat/draw last Sunday and, then, in a collaborative post, iFood and Íbis announced the news in a video with the participation of the team’s players, thanking the 2 months of free iFood Club offered by iFood.

With this strategy, the brand once again unites two Brazilian passions (soccer and iFood) in a fun narrative, capable of generating conversations, penetrating pop culture and breaking the bubble of the app’s subscribers.
