Companies aim to reach an additional 20.3 million audience
Onda Digital, formed by Play9 and MField, announced a strategic partnership with Digital Favela.
With “Vozes Amplificadas”, the companies aim to cover 28 of the pages managed by Digital Favela, making the Onda Digital cast reach an additional 20.3 million audience.
“This partnership shows how amplification marketing can and should permeate different territories in the Creator Economy. With Digital Favela, we will have the opportunity to project even more voices that need to be heard, from black and peripheral content creators, contributing to their relationship with major brands in their segments and making campaigns more plural. This is also a premise of Play9 itself”, said João Pedro Paes Leme, CEO and founding partner of Play9.
Led by Celso Sthayde and Guilherme Pierri, Digital Favela has around six thousand influencers in more than three thousand favelas across Brazil, reaching an audience of more than 18 million people – which moves more than R$202 billion per year according to Data Favela.
“The idea is that everyone wins in the casting negotiations, brands, creators and agencies alike. In this partnership, we will highlight and give space to relevant pages, with content consumed daily by the outskirts and favelas, with a high degree of identification. We are very excited to be able to count on Onda and Play9 in this. It is yet another way for us to show the unquestionable creative power of creators from Brazilian communities,” added Guilherme Pierri, CEO of Digital Favela.
