This integration is not just about increasing efficiency, it is about redefining the standard of insight delivery.
British market research firm YouGov is expanding its operations with the acquisition of Yabble, a specialist in generative artificial intelligence (AI). The plan is to improve information collected in online studies using AI, a technology that promises to transform the way insights are gathered for marketing work.
“Yabble’s generative AI technology enables us to automate complex data analysis, generate personalized insights and customize surveys in real time,” said David Eastman, general and commercial director of YouGov in Latin America, in a statement.
Yabble’s platform is built on proprietary algorithms, custom-tuned models, and complex prompt engineering to provide accurate tools and instant insights at every stage of the market research process.
Yabble has been using generative AI and large language models (LLMs) for the research sector since 2019. With YouGov, it has already completed projects over the last year. “This integration is not just about increasing efficiency, it is about redefining the standard of insight delivery, empowering our clients to make smarter, data-driven decisions faster than ever before,” adds Eastman.
