WMcCann announces the promotion of Dani Toda and Bianca Repsold as Directors of Integrated Production, a team led by Camila Naito, Executive Director of the area. According to the agency, the professionals will have the mission of making the area even more effective and multidisciplinary in delivering solutions to clients, strengthening the team to bring even greater impact on business results.
For Camila Naito, in addition to bringing a more effective perspective, with different interdisciplinary formats, promoting female professionals to leadership positions in integrated production helps to expand diversity and inclusion in the market.
“We want to maintain a more efficient approach to the area, exploring integrated and technological solutions for our clients and, at the same time, valuing the great talented women who are out there. These are the necessary steps to move forward, and this is always done as a team,” she says.
With 24 years of experience in the market, Dani Toda has a degree in Industrial Design from FAAP and has worked for companies such as Publicis, Hungry Man, Grey and Lew’Lara. The professional has worked for brands such as GM, Nestlé, Carrefour, Heineken and Yakult and has received recognition for her work at awards shows such as Cannes Lions, CLIO Awards, D&AD, El Ojo, LIA and CCSP.

With a degree in Advertising from FACHA, Bianca Repsold takes over as leader of the integrated production team at WMcCann Rio. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked for agencies such as NBS, NeoGama/DPZ, Binder, Artplan, DM9DDB, and has completed projects for brands such as Grupo EBX, Governo do Estado do RJ, KFC, Banco do Brasil, Correios (Sedex), Domino’s, Rock in Rio, Embratur, Rede Globo and Globosat, among others. Her career highlights include the case “Juntos a magia Acontece – Papai Noel Negro” by WMcCann for Coca-Cola. Her work has also won awards at festivals such as Cannes Lions, The One Show, New York Festival, FIAP Awards, LIA Awards, El Ojo, Effie Latam and Brasil, Clio Awards and CCSP.
