Sodexo has announced a partnership with chef Rodrigo Oliveira, who runs the Mocotó and Balaio IMS restaurants in São Paulo. From now on, he will create exclusive recipes that combine the value of recipes with regional ingredients.
In total, the collaboration includes 12 recipes, including 10 main dishes and two desserts, which will be offered in the restaurants managed by the company and aims to expand the offering as customers’ use of the service evolves.
“The love of food is a fundamental value for both Sodexo and Rodrigo, and this combination should result in an extraordinary and very Brazilian gastronomic journey. The synergy between the chef’s goals and ours will be a major milestone in the food service market,” said Danielle Totti, Vice President of Strategy, Marketing, Sales and Performance at Sodexo.
In addition, Sodexo will also offer one of the chef’s creations in its cafeterias and part of the revenue from these sales will be donated to the chef’s social project “Quebrada Alimentada”.
“I am very excited and happy about this partnership with Sodexo, as we share the same values and want to positively impact the people we serve, with dishes that welcome, surprise and create unique memories for those who are savoring our very Brazilian food. Together, we will defend a gastronomy that not only extols our origins and cultural roots, but is also produced through sustainable production,” added Rodrigo.
