UEFA has announced Kaizen Gaming, one of the world’s largest GameTech companies, and its premium brand Betano as Official Global Sponsors of the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League for the 2024/25 to 2026/27 seasons. Kaizen Gaming’s Stoiximan brand, which operates in Greece and Cyprus, will be a sponsor of these competitions in these countries.
The agreement was signed in Monaco ahead of the UEFA men’s club competition draws. The partnership is an extension of the successful sponsorship programme that saw Betano become the first betting partner of UEFA EURO 2024. As part of this collaboration, the Kaizen Foundation and the UEFA Foundation for Children supported the “10,000 Smiles” project, which enabled 10,000 children from disadvantaged backgrounds to attend 40 matches in ten different stadiums during UEFA EURO 2024.
Aris Dimarakis, Deputy CEO of Kaizen Gaming, said: “During UEFA EURO 2024, we formed an impeccable partnership with UEFA, elevating the experience for millions of fans around the world who enjoyed the thrill of watching one of the world’s most prestigious sporting events. Building on this success, we are once again joining forces to support the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League. As Kaizen Gaming continues to grow, providing unique entertainment through responsible gaming, this partnership with one of the world’s most respected sports organisations is a testament to our progress and continued hard work as a team.”
Guy-Laurent Epstein, UEFA’s Chief Marketing Officer, commented: “We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Kaizen Gaming and its Betano brand for the next three seasons of the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League. Having witnessed the impressive scale with which they activated their UEFA EURO 2024 sponsorship with us this summer, we can look forward to how Betano will capture the passion of European club football to deliver even more excitement for its fans.”
The new 36-team UEFA Europa League phase begins on September 25, while the now 36-club UEFA Conference League begins on October 3.
