The partnership includes a beat and a concept film that aims to generate identification and proximity with the target audience
Grupo Boticário joined forces with both the producer and the Kondzilla Institute to promote the Empreendedoras da Beleza project, which offers free professional training for women in situations of social vulnerability.
The partnership was designed to generate identification and proximity with its target audience with a musical beat and production of a concept film that explores the theme of female power and the opportunities that arise with working in the beauty market.
“The Beauty Entrepreneurs program makes us very proud, as it is one of the levers of action of the Boticário Group for social development. It contributes to the reduction of social inequality through entrepreneurship and professional training, in line with our Commitment for 2030”, said Luis Meyer, ESG Director of the Boticário Group.
This is the 7th cycle of the program and, this year, it will continue with an emphasis on the CRIA track, designed by the company’s ESG team in partnership with the Kondzilla Institute, which has materials and training that allow the complete development of the brand identity, to foster equity and open paths for women to take the lead in entrepreneurship through content creation.
“The partnership between Instituto KondZilla and Grupo Boticário was born from common goals of social impact with a focus on the creative economy, entrepreneurship and productive inclusion. In 2024, we launched CRIA, a course in KondZilla language offered to thousands of women beauty entrepreneurs, focusing on personal and professional planning, the use of technologies, creative skills and improving the digital presence of these women who are in the business”, explained João Vitor Caires, Executive Director of Instituto KondZilla.
The project will have 100,000 vacancies, which can be filled by registering on the website until November 30th.
