Data from Kantar Ibope Media indicates that, between 6am and midnight, JPNews achieved an average audience rating of 0.10 points
Jovem Pan News announced its second-place audience rating among Pay TV news channels during the month of August 2024, according to data from Kantar Ibope Media. In the 6 am to midnight time slot, from Monday to Sunday, JPNews achieved an average audience rating of 0.10 points, surpassing the 0.08 points of the third-place channel, reflecting a 5% growth compared to the month of July 2024.
Among the programs, “Pânico” took first place, registering an audience three times larger than the third-placed program, or 173% higher, and reached an average audience 24% larger than the competition. “Linha de Frente” secured second place in the time slot, with an audience 8% larger than the third-placed program. “Três em Um” maintained second place with 44% more audience and an average viewing time 54% longer than the third-placed program.
“Os Pingos nos Is” recorded an audience 54% higher than that of the third-placed station, with a reach 40% greater among Pay TV households compared to its competitors, and the average consumption time of households for this program was 9% higher than that of the third-placed station. And “Jornal Jovem Pan” secured the second place, with a consumption time 17% higher than that of the third-placed station in this time slot.
