Apple has launched the iPhone 16 and to promote the power of the device, the apple company revealed an exclusive music video for singer The Weeknd, recorded entirely with the new iPhone 16. The production was directed by Erik Henriksson and photographed by Eddy Chen, both responsible for exploring the technological resources of the new device.
Henriksson and Chen highlighted how they used the new 4K120 slow-motion camera feature (4k resolution at 120 frames per second), precise camera control, and customizable Photographic Styles to capture the scenes. According to Erik Henriksson, “the new camera features on the iPhone 16 Pro make it a powerhouse for filmmaking,” highlighting the device’s ability to be a professional tool in the hands of filmmakers.
