QuintoAndar has launched a new segment, “Property in Focus”, in the good news newspaper for property owners hosted by Carlos Tramontina, “QNotícia”. In a series of educational content, the segment, produced by O2 and Cabaret, demystifies the main doubts of property owners, reinforces the brand’s differentials and positions it as an ideal partner. The new phase of the campaign will be publicized on the brand’s social networks, with an emphasis on YouTube.
With seven episodes, the series, inspired by segments from Brazilian news programs, gives tips on how owners can price and value their listing, how to rent faster and how to rent safely.
