Project includes marketing operations for Tesouro Direto’s digital channels and the creation of a transformation office
B3 and the National Treasury Secretariat (STN) announced a partnership with the agency Zmes, which will create and scale the digital operation to publicize Tesouro Direto. “Our goal is to make financial education accessible and understandable to everyone. Digital marketing and communication tools and strategies are essential to reach our audience, improve the customer experience and provide information in an impartial and responsible manner,” says Ana Buchaim, vice president of people, marketing, communication, sustainability and social investment at B3.
The project will be carried out over the next 12 months and will include a marketing operation for Tesouro Direto’s digital channels, involving media, CRM and digital journeys with personalization on a large scale, through the use of data, in addition to the creation of a transformation office that will implement a strategic agenda involving people, processes and culture.
