Ceremony awarded OOH campaigns took place at the Renaissance Theater, in São Paulo, this Wednesday (18)
Last Wednesday, September 18, advertising professionals from the five regions of the country and local authorities gathered to celebrate the creativity of Brazilian outdoor media and to discover the winners of the 23rd edition of the Prêmio Central de Outdoor. The ceremony of the only award ceremony dedicated exclusively to outdoor media took place at the Renaissance Theater in São Paulo and awarded gold, silver and bronze to the best campaigns in six categories and from the five regions of the country.
With the slogan “Creativity that Connects,” the edition broke a record number of entries and the more than 300 entries were analyzed by renowned professionals from advertising agencies, press and associations in the communications and outdoor media sector in Brazil, Latin America and the world. The gold trophy winners were: MP Publicidade in the Classic category; Lápis Raro in the Outside category; Henry Assef in the Independent Design category; Agência Conex, from PUC-Campinas, in the Student category; and Fire Marketing & Comunicação in the Digital OOH category and in the new ESG category.
Gold Trophies:
Halisson Pontarolla, president of Central de Outdoor, highlights the creativity and talent of the professionals, evident in the campaigns entered and awarded. “Among the finalists, we had representatives from all regions of the country, who are dedicated to driving innovation in our sector. There is no doubt about the power of Brazilian outdoor media, which is even a global highlight. The Central de Outdoor Award celebrates the diversity and plurality of agencies and campaigns from all “Brazils”, the ones with an “s” and the ones with a “z””, he says.
“The award once again highlights the transformation and evolution of outdoor media in Brazil. We are a plural, creative and innovative country. And Central de Outdoor believes in the importance of increasingly encouraging human and urban connections created through the hard work of professionals,” adds Fabi Soriano, executive director of Central de Outdoor.
