Eletromidia informed the market this Thursday (18) the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the technology company 4yousee, specialized in Digital Signage and Analytics.
With more than 40,000 screens under its management and a portfolio of 600 clients, the company offers analytics solutions that allow the planning, analysis, execution and measurement of the impact of advertising campaigns in out-of-home spaces.
According to the OOH company, the acquisition of 4yousee strengthens the company’s ability to offer analytics and metrics solutions, providing real-time insights and optimizing campaign planning based on accurate data.
The acquisition, as the company also reported, brings strategic gains, placing Eletromidia as a full-service operation in the sector.
The transaction will allow Eletromidia to expand its service offering with a new business vertical for Digital Signage projects; increase operational efficiency by reducing software costs and gaining scale with its current inventory of digital equipment; integrate 4yousee’s analytics tools, such as sensors, cameras and third-party data, into the Eletromidia Ads platform; and explore cross-sell opportunities with its current customer base.
