Massi Agency, which specializes in brand positioning, is already planning its expansion for 2025, after doubling in size in 2024. The company expects a 40% growth in revenue by the end of next year, driven by the expansion of its client portfolio and the launch of its own communication and marketing courses, in addition to the opening of a new office.
With clients such as Trimble, BR Consórcios and Dentalclean, the agency is also projecting a 60% increase in the number of employees. According to Edu Massi, co-founder and director of operations, the growth reflects a plan that began two years ago. “We went through a restructuring in which Pedro Massi, the other founder of the agency, and I were forced to leave the operation to take on more strategic positions. This restructuring allowed us to reach these numbers and be able to expand,” says Edu.
For 2025, the agency, headquartered in Londrina, is evaluating São Paulo and Curitiba as the main options for its expansion. In addition, it plans to launch communication and marketing courses in response to the growing demand for qualification in the digital market. “There is a major pain in the professional market, especially in the digital environment, which is the qualification of the workforce. We want to not only reduce the learning curve of these professionals, but also reduce the costs for companies in basic training for their employees”, says Pedro Massi, co-founder and commercial director.
