Netshoes announces the start of fulfillment operations for sellers on its marketplace. The service, in which products from partner retailers are stocked in the company’s distribution centers, will be operated by the Netshoes and Magalu structure, which will carry out all logistics management, from storage and packaging to delivery of products throughout Brazil.
Among the main advantages for sellers are the storage of products in different distribution centers throughout Brazil, which reduces delivery times and offers free shipping in many cases or a reduction in the price. For the customer, it will be easy to identify these products on the website or in the app with the “NetsGo” seal, which increases sales conversion.
“The fulfillment service brings benefits to both the consumer and the seller, as it significantly improves the customer’s shopping experience, reduces lead times, enables free shipping and simplifies the seller’s operations, since the final delivery is made by our optimized logistics network,” says Gonzalo Gálvez, Netshoes’ marketplace director. “The service can reduce delivery times by up to 75%, including for large products such as bicycles, for example.”
