TIM announces the opening of applications for its Young Apprentice Program 2024, offering more than 90 vacancies in different regions of Brazil, with opportunities in administrative and store areas. The initiative aims to prepare young people between 18 and 24 years old, with completed or ongoing high school education, for the job market with a fully customized development journey focused on the digital mindset. Applications will be open until October 11 and can be made through the link.
With the program, the operator seeks to inspire and empower the next generation of talent, offering a dynamic gateway to the professional environment. One of the main differentiators is the customized development journey, offering innovative training, aligned with the demands of the digital market, which is constantly changing. Young people will have access to tools that will help them develop essential skills, such as teamwork, effective communication and critical thinking.
“At TIM, we believe that investing in young people is investing in the future. The Young Apprentice Program was designed to offer more than just a first job experience. We want to offer an opportunity for training and growth in a market that is constantly evolving. We go beyond technical skills, but focus on developing a digital and innovative mindset, essential for professional and personal success,” highlights Kelly Guarnier, Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at TIM Brazil.
The operator offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes extensive medical and dental care for dependents, medication benefits, Gympass, food or meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, cell phones with unlimited internet and voice data, and English courses. In addition, assistance for children up to two years of age and daycare reimbursement. The program will also offer ongoing monitoring to ensure that young people make the most of the opportunities for learning and growth. It is also worth noting that there is no age restriction for enrollment in the program for people with disabilities.
