In November, the festival’s CEO Simon Cook will be in São Paulo for an event where he will detail next year’s edition.
Ascential announced this Thursday (26) the dates for the 2025 edition of Cannes Lions. The event will take place between June 16 and 20, on the French Riviera. For the press, accreditation begins next Thursday (3).
Last week, Estadão announced the arrival of Simon Cook, CEO of Cannes Lions, for an event in São Paulo in November. He will talk about the 2025 edition of the festival and also take stock of what happened this year.
This year, Brazil finished the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity with 92 Lions, repeating the same number of awards as the previous year. There were two GPs, 14 Golds, 31 Silvers and 45 Bronzes.
DM9 came first in the national ranking, closely followed by AlmapBBDO. They both won the same number of awards: a total of 16 Lions each. Also in the top 5 are GUT SP, VML and Africa Creative.
