Of 230 entries, 80 were awarded; highlights were for the agencies Getbots and Marketdata
The Brazilian Data Marketing Association chose 80 cases as winners of the ABEMD 2024 Award. In total, 230 pieces were entered. The award aims to recognize innovative ideas in data marketing.
Among the highlights are the Getbots agency, which won Agency of the Year in the Call Center/Contact Center category, and the Marketdata agency, which won two Agency of the Year trophies in two categories, Campaign/Program and CRM/Loyalty.
The HouseCricket agency was the winner in the Digital/Mobile specialty and Seara Alimentos as Client of the Year.
In the Digital/Mobile specialty, the winner was the agency HouseCricket with the case “Dia das Mães Frimesa”, by the client of the same name. In the Call Center/Contact Center category, Getbots was awarded the case “Sofia da Seara – RAC”, by Seara Alimentos.
In the Campaign/Program category, Natura & Co América Latina won with the case “Live the Beauty of the Encounter: The role of CRM in welcoming, enchanting and informing millions of consultants about the new combined model of Natura and Avon”. And, finally, in the CRM/Loyalty specialty, Marketdata with the case “Revisão da Sorte” for the client Nissan do Brasil Automóveis won the ABEMD 2024 Award trophy.
