Mari Soldi returns to Fbiz after seven years, bringing a career that includes stints at VICE, BuzzFeed and, more recently, as Editor-in-Chief of UOL’s Splash. With experience in agencies such as Ogilvy, New Vegas and BFerraz, she led teams and projects focused on transforming communication into remarkable experiences. At Fbiz, Mari will be responsible for leading initiatives involving content, entertainment, creators and creative partnerships, key areas for brands in constant search for innovation.

Renato Müller has more than 20 years of experience in strategies for brands of different sizes, segments and industries. He worked for agencies such as Energy BBDO, Wieden+Kennedy, Edelman, Lew’Lara\TBWA, as well as consultancies as a freelance consultant. Among the main brands, he worked for Tigre, Ford, XP Investimentos, Postos Ipiranga, Chevrolet, Nissan, Rexona, Batavo and Ambev in developing strategies focused on advertising, branding, marketing, digital marketing, social media, consumer decision journey and conversion funnel. Renato arrives at Fbiz with a critical and analytical vision to align business objectives with innovative communication strategies.

Hamilton Leão brings more than 20 years of experience in communications and marketing, having managed major brands such as Bradesco, Banco Real, Banco do Brasil, Credicard, Alpargatas, SKY, NIVEA and Under Armour. Having worked for some of the main agencies in the country, including DPZ, NeogamaBBH, Lew’LaraTBWA, Agenciaclick Isolar and Suno, he is also a member of the Customer Service and Business Group. At Fbiz, he will apply his data-driven vision to generate strategic insights in communication and business, in addition to taking advantage of his extensive knowledge in leading operations in full-service agencies, digital agencies and content platforms.
