MIEXPO, an event focused on the industry, will be held between October 22nd and 24th at Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo. The event will address topics such as innovation, automation, energy transition, ESG, artificial intelligence and robotics. Conceived almost a year ago, the meeting will bring together more than 100 speakers, including experts, technical professionals and academics, with the aim of promoting debates about the future of the industry in Brazil.
“We want the event to contribute to the new Brazilian industry, promoting inspiration, connections, exchange of experiences and knowledge, resulting in networking, training, new business and ideas”, says Nelson Rocha, head of communications at MIEXPO. According to him, the event seeks to integrate different industrial sectors into a single space, something essential for the development of Brazilian industry. Jorge Souza, creator and CEO of MIEXPO, highlights that the industrial sector is going through a revolution, requiring the union of agents to shape the future of manufacturing in the country.
MIEXPO will feature the participation of associations such as Anfavea, Abimaq, ABIMO, ABIT and ABDIB, which will discuss the future of the industry and present cases of innovation. The event will also feature talks by journalists such as Christiane Pelajo, Rosana Jatobá and Marcelo Tas, who will bring their views on the sector and its transformations.
With the rapid digital transformation, topics such as artificial intelligence will be in focus, with the support of partners such as Distrito. The event will also have a virtual presenter, MILA, developed with AI. Another highlight will be the discussion on ESG and sustainability, with the participation of UFSCAR and the consultancy BDO Brazil.
Companies and institutions such as Sust’nReal, CELA, TozziniFreire, Instituto Mauá and Anhembi Morumbi will also be present, contributing to panels and discussions on innovation and sustainability in the industry.
