TSE may request up to ten minutes a day to disseminate communications and instructions to the electorate
The deadline for broadcasting free electoral propaganda on radio and television ends this Thursday (3), as well as the holding of electoral debates in the first round, with permission to continue until 7am on Friday (4) , according to the resolution of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) nº 23,610/2019.
According to Abert, starting this Thursday (3), the TSE will be able to request up to ten minutes a day on radio and television stations to disseminate communications and instructions to the electorate.
This time can be accumulated and used on alternate days until this Saturday (5) and part of this time can be transferred to the Regional Electoral Courts, as necessary.
