In partnership, iFood Benefícios and LinkedIn launch “Tô In” this week, a series with content aimed at leaders and human resources managers. The project was developed by the Jotacom agency, and presented by journalist Christiane Pelajo, each episode will feature the presence of an iFood employee, a LinkedIn employee and a Top Voice guest from the social network for a round table conversation.
The content will air over the next six months, with one episode per month dedicated to different topics involving trends in the HR market and leadership. It will cover topics such as thought leadership, talent retention practices, and the impact of Generation Z in the corporate environment.
With “Tô In”, the companies’ proposal is for HR professionals to deepen their knowledge in key areas, such as the use of benefits and online presence.
The episodes will have an average length of 30 minutes and will be available on the Acrescenta content hub, from iFood Benefícios, with cuts published on the company’s and interviewees’ LinkedIn.
