The integration between ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not just an emerging trend, but an essential strategy for companies seeking to combine innovation and sustainability. In response to this need, ESPM, in partnership with experts Elaine Coimbra and Geisa Gomes, launches an innovative course that combines AI and ESG practices, with the aim of transforming leaders and companies.
Starting on October 21, 2024, the course will be attended by Elaine Coimbra, CEO of Foster, a WPP group agency and specialist in digital transformation and AI, and Geisa Gomes, organizational psychologist and founder of Potências Hub. Part of ESPM’s Dynamic series, the program was developed to empower leaders and executives to integrate AI and ESG into their business strategies, promoting sustainable innovation.
AI and ESG in action – Experts highlight that, in the environmental field, AI can reduce emissions and optimize processes, reducing the carbon footprint. In terms of resource management, algorithms help improve efficiency in energy and water use. In the social area, AI fosters inclusion and diversity, helping to create more inclusive and diverse work environments.
In health and safety, AI contributes to monitoring and preventing risks, improving workplace safety and employee health. In the scope of governance and transparency, AI allows for a more effective analysis of governance practices and ensures compliance with regulations and policies in a more agile and efficient way.
The growing importance of AI is also highlighted in a study by Capgemini Research Institute, which reveals that 89% of business leaders see AI as essential to achieving sustainability goals. To meet this demand, ESPM, recognized for its excellence in education in the areas of Communication, Marketing, Administration and Technology, launches the extension course “Leadership in the Age of AI: Innovation and Sustainability for your Company”.
Transformation through AI and Sustainability – “Digital transformation driven by AI is not just a trend, but an imperative need to maintain competitiveness in the current market”, says Elaine Coimbra, CEO of Foster. The course will address how AI can be applied in a practical way in the corporate environment, from process optimization to product and service innovation. “With the right tools, leaders can enhance their companies’ ability to innovate, retain talent and achieve sustainability goals”, adds Geisa Gomes, organizational psychologist.
Course with a practical approach and real cases – Lasting a total of 12 hours, divided into four meetings of 3 hours each, the course offers access to global and national success stories that implemented AI in areas such as planning, marketing and human resources. The content was designed to provide not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical application of the main tools on the market, such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Leonardo.ai.
Data that reinforces the relevance of AI in companies – A report from the Boston Consulting Group shows that 89% of companies already prioritize investments in AI as a central part of their strategies, and 70% are looking for leaders capable of integrating AI into their operations. In South America, three out of four companies plan to increase their investments in AI this year. This data highlights the importance of preparing current leaders for future challenges.
Prompt engineering manual with more than 300 models – In addition, course participants will receive a free “Prompt Engineering Manual”, containing more than 300 prompts ready to be used in digital strategies.
This course is aimed at professionals from different areas, such as Management, Marketing, HR and Sustainability, who are on the front line of the digital transformation of their companies. Registration can be completed until October 20th, on the ESPM website.
