Santander announced a series of special actions for singer Bruno Mars’ shows, which will be held in São Paulo on the 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th, 12th and 13th of October 2024. The bank will promote a complete experience for fans , with in-person and social media activations. One of the main initiatives involves the “SMUSIC” bus, which will circulate around the city on October 4th, transporting the first customers who board for free and offering tickets to the show.
Influencer Luana Zucoloto (@luanazucoloto) and Johnny Matos (@johnnymatos), Bruno Mars’ lookalike in Brazil, will welcome the bank’s first customers to board the bus, taking them directly to the Morumbi stadium, where they will watch the show on the track premium. The bus departure location and time will be announced on the SMUSIC broadcast channel, available on Santander’s official Instagram profile (@santanderbrasil), on the morning of October 4th. To participate, interested parties must locate the bus, present a photo ID and their bank card. Places are limited.
SMUSIC, Santander’s music platform, gathers information about international shows promoted by the bank in Brazil. The transmission channel, created in partnership with the BFerraz agency, offers first-hand news to a community of music fans, who interact through votes and share moments before and after the shows.
“Seeing your favorite artist is an unforgettable experience for many people, that’s why we introduced SMUSIC to help them live the show of their lives and create an even more relevant connection with our brand,” highlights Juliana Cury, CMO of Santander. According to her, through pre-sales and exclusive installments with bank cards, Santander gets even closer to customers, offering a differentiated experience.
To encourage interaction with the concert platform, Santander launched a challenge on social media, which will reward participants with tickets. To compete, interested parties must follow the Bank’s official profile (@santanderbrasil) on Instagram and comment on Threads about why they deserve to win a ticket. When the profile reaches 1 million followers, the most liked comments will receive tickets.
“Our flame not only illuminates, but connects with the emotion and story of each customer, vibrating with the same energy as Santander. It is this deep connection that transcends our financial products and makes us proud to be part of the show of our customers’ lives in an unforgettable way”, says Bibiana Berg, senior head of experience and culture at Santander Brasil.
The SMUSIC channel offers more than just entertainment content on Instagram. It includes pre-sales of tickets for shows and events, exclusive playlists, as well as detailed information about the performances, such as schedules, stages and interesting facts about the artists.
Santander customers had special conditions when purchasing tickets for Bruno Mars shows, with exclusive installments in up to 5 interest-free installments, and 6 to 10 interest-bearing installments, for purchases with Santander credit cards. Esfera program participants were also able to exchange points for tickets, obtaining additional benefits.
