Loft recently launched “Roda Vira a Chave”, a series of videos and content that aims to discuss innovative solutions and trends for the real estate market. Created by Squad Loft, part of the B&Partners ecosystem, which includes experts from BFerraz, Vitrio, Just a Little Data and Snack Content, the series brings together managers, executives and industry influencers to share experiences and drive the growth of real estate agencies with technology and partnerships.
During the videos, technology experts and real estate managers from different regions of Brazil come together to discuss relevant topics. Sergio Esteves, CMO at Loft, highlighted the efficiency of the company’s new tools, such as the financing simulator, which significantly speeds up the buying and selling process. “We are managing to deliver several new tools to speed up real estate agents’ business, such as the financing simulator, which reduces this part of the buying and selling journey from weeks to minutes”, says Esteves.
Enrico Benetti, creative leader of Squad Loft and Co-CEO of BFerraz, highlighted the importance of collaboration between real estate agencies and Loft: “This is an innovative approach, which positions Loft as a great partner for real estate agencies. Through this project of exchanges and conversations created by Squad Loft, we place these companies at the center of the business to generate more opportunities and growth for them.”
The videos, mediated by Sérgio Waib and Daiana Pantano, feature several real estate professionals, such as Felipe Morgado and Sandro Westphal, executives at Loft. At these meetings, topics such as artificial intelligence applied to the sector, regional differences and cooperative operating models are discussed. The solutions offered by Loft, such as Loft Fiança Aluguel, Real Estate CRM and the Single Shared Portfolio, are also presented as resources to facilitate the journey of buying, selling and renting properties.
The launch of the “Roda Vira a Chave” video series is being promoted with an integrated media strategy, with content published on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
