McDonald’s has just launched the “New Tasty Turbo” campaign. It’s impossible not to be impressed”, created by GALERIA.ag, to promote the new versions of the Tasty sandwich, now with 50% more meat. The campaign brings a fun narrative in which a person, indifferent to radical experiences, such as the adrenaline of a roller coaster, cannot resist the thrill of tasting the new Tasty Turbo. With two 100% beef burgers, the new Tasty Turbo and Tasty Turbo Queijo maintain the classic Tasty sauce, in addition to the premium selection of ingredients that has always attracted consumers.
“The Tasty Family is emblematic for Méqui and much loved by our consumers, but we can always make the customer experience even more irresistible and turbocharged. With this mission, we brought sandwiches with 50% more meat and which are perfect to meet the great hunger of our McLovers, delivering an explosion of flavor”, highlights Sergio Eleuterio, marketing director at McDonald’s in Brazil.
The campaign, which features a 30-second film produced by Crème Company and Loud+, will be shown on open and closed TV, in addition to being available on McDonald’s official social media profiles. Communication is also expanding to OOH and digital platforms, complemented by a strategy with content creators.
“For this launch, our goal was to create an even stronger connection between the Tasty line and our consumers. Our communications strategy involved an approach that conveys the feeling of being deeply impressed, a feeling that especially resonates with those more ‘adventurous’ consumers—those who are truly impacted only when they come across something exceptional. When developing our campaign, we sought to capture and translate this feeling of surprise and enchantment. With that, we brought the following concept: ‘It’s impossible not to be impressed by the new Tasty family, which is now boosted with 50% more meat’”, comments Rodrigo Marangoni, Executive Creative Director at GALERIA.ag.
The new sandwiches from the Tasty line are available across the country and can be ordered in restaurants, via Drive-Thru, self-service totems, McDelivery or through the Méqui app in the “Order and Collect” system.
