Mili, a 100% Brazilian company in the tissue sector, announces the promotion of Denise Pires to the position of marketing manager. After six years of dedication to the company, the executive assumes the new position, where she will be responsible for leading the marketing team and conducting brand repositioning strategies, in addition to driving expansion in the market.
With more than 18 years in the communications market, Denise has a degree in Marketing and a postgraduate degree in Event Management from Positivo University. She joined Mili as a commercial assistant and, in a short time, migrated to the marketing area. Throughout her career, she held various positions, such as marketing assistant, junior and full analyst, until being promoted to coordinator in 2022. Now, she takes on the new role, consolidating her evolution within the company.
“I am ready to lead our team in new challenges, continuing the work of repositioning the brand, generating insights and participating in the company’s creative and strategic processes, creating opportunities to increase revenue. One of the main challenges facing the team will be to increase proximity to B2B customers, in addition to strengthening relationships with end consumers. To this end, I intend to lead and motivate the team, promoting collaboration and professional development,” says Denise.
Furthermore, when addressing future prospects, the focus will be on expanding the brand on several fronts. “There are many opportunities to increase Mili’s visibility in different areas. My goal is to drive creative and innovative actions, strengthening projects and expanding all of Mili’s points of contact, whether at the institutional level, products, commercial plans, partnerships or research,” he states.
