Marcella has 15 years of experience in the advertising market, having worked at Grey, We, F&Q Brasil (M&C Saatchi Group), Isobar and FCB Brasil, being responsible for strategic planning for brands from the P&G group (Hipoglós, Pantene and Downy), C&C, Mercedes-Benz, Alpargatas, OLX, Vult, Sony, Seguro Bradesco, Italac, Cobasi, NIVEA, Tiktok and others.
Until arriving at Lew’Lara\TBWA as leader of Insights and Research, Isabel Geo has accumulated experience of 14 years in the area of Communication Strategy and 1 decade in Market Research and Consumer Insights, having worked at Terra Networks, Fiber Interactive, Folha de S.Paulo, ReadWriteWeb Brasil, Gray Brasil and FleishmanHillard Brasil.
