The meeting, aimed at professionals and employees, aims to discuss the challenges that fathers and mothers face in the workplace and how companies can adopt concrete practices to support them. The event will feature lectures from renowned experts in the field of human resources and parenting.
Among the confirmed speakers are Ana Carolina Bonini, a psychologist graduated from FMU São Paulo, with specializations in Secure Attachment and Human Biography, as well as experience as an HR executive in large corporations. “Parenting is a topic that needs to be discussed in companies. The balance between personal and professional life, in addition to being a right, benefits the entire corporate culture, making organizations more diverse and aware”, says Brenda Maia, CEO of Eagle Agência.
The event aims to not only raise awareness, but also inspire business leaders to implement practices that support parenting in their companies. By creating a culture of family support, corporations contribute to a more inclusive and compassionate work environment, strengthening their commitment to social responsibility and promoting gender equity and family diversity.
“Here at Eagle we seek to apply these learnings to our practices, advancing the continuous support for our employees.”, concludes Brenda. To participate, just send an email to [email protected]. There are 20 places available.
