“Diversity in Practice reflects companies’ commitment to anchoring their diversity policies and culture in concrete and impactful exercises. Recognizing initiatives is essential to inspire other organizations to follow the same path, promoting a more inclusive and egalitarian work environment across the country. The main focus with the project is to show how the theme positively impacts people and businesses when there is dedication and purpose”, he details.
