Always connected to trends, the TNT Energy Drink joined SoulCode Academy to offer free courses in programming and digital inclusion. The energy company is sponsoring all the 2021 classes of the new Brazilian edtech, which focuses on generating social impact, with employability through technological training.
Since last year, the TNT Energy Drink included technology as one of the pillars of the brand and has been investing in partnerships in the sector to bring quality information to its consumers. In growth, the development area will require, by 2024, an average demand of 70 thousand professionals per year, according to data from the Brazilian Association of Information and Communication Technology Companies (Brasscom).
“TNT Energy Drink is a brand that follows the news and trends of our public. We saw a great opportunity in the tech sector, and the partnership with SoulCode Academy came at a great time. Being able to contribute to social education, knowledge, creativity and innovation is another path we are looking for”, explains Eliana Cassandre, head of marketing for the energy drink.
With its own methodology, based on the global concept “Tech for Good”, the course SoulCode Academy It has reduced classes of a maximum of 30 students, divided between men and women of different ages, with online classes, in Portuguese and live. In addition to technical training, behavioral aspects will also be developed. Classes last 16 weeks, with approximately 700 hours of theoretical and practical classes.
The first class sponsored by TNT Energy Drink starts on January 26, 2021, but registration for the next class should open in the next few days. A minimum of six bootcamps are planned for this year, with up to nine.
Those interested in participating in the classes must go through a selection process, through a logic test. No prior training is required, anyone can benefit from Soul Academy’s Web Full stack Junior training course. Finalists will be selected after interviews andworkshopswith HR and technology experts.
