Event discussed operational issues of the advertising production work routine
Apro (Brazilian Association for the Production of Audiovisual Works) held another Apro Talks. Event aimed at professionals in the audiovisual sector, which seeks to discuss more operational issues in the work routine of those working in the advertising production market.
The meeting brought together big names in the audiovisual market divided into three panels, where they discussed the protocol for preventing sexual and moral harassment, risk management with insurance solutions, and the implementation of the collective agreement in practice.
The event led by Marianna Souza, president of Apro, took place on October 17th, in the auditorium of BETC Havas Café, in São Paulo, and had the support of MeeToo Brasil, FilmSeg, Betc Havas and Prospecto Seguros.
Mateus Basso, legal director at Apro, opened the debates by presenting the latest updates to the collective agreement.
In the second panel, Marianna Souza spoke about the sexual and moral harassment protocol, recalling the Corta! Movement, the anti-harassment combat booklet and the latest campaign with films that portray real cases.
Then, Marina Ganzarolli, founder and president of MeToo Brasil, complemented this with the presentation of a new protocol created in conjunction with APRO and harassment prevention policies.
Flavia Zanini, Head of Executive Production at O2 Filmes and Gabi Hahn, Executive Producer at Paranoid, shared the challenges faced by producers in implementing the collective agreement into practice, thus promoting a broad discussion among participants.
André Marques and Fernanda Galantine, from Ancine, brought updates to IN 95 that will soon be implemented in advertising campaigns.
Closing the series of lectures, Gleice Kelly Aguiar, Bruno Amorim and Pedro Santo from FilmSEG, presented solutions for risk management in productions.
