CoSecurity, an integrated and collaborative protection network, launched an unprecedented initiative in Beco do Batman, in São Paulo, combining art and technology to promote urban security. The project, developed in partnership with the Tech&Soul agency and the artist Léo Araújo, features graffiti that incorporates the concept of “protection”, the brand’s central theme.
The work, which depicts “an angel holding a CoSecurity security tower”, symbolizes the company’s commitment to protecting people and public spaces. The highlight of the graffiti is the presence of “a camera embedded and camouflaged in the art”, reinforcing the functional and interactive character of the piece, which, in addition to monitoring the area, enriches the urban space with “beauty and purpose”.
The project had the collaboration of an NGO responsible for preserving Beco do Batman, and the painting was completed on September 20th, after 10 days of work. The video case of the action, available online, documents the entire creative and graffiti execution process, including statements from the artist, the CoSecurity team and the partner NGO.
The choice of Beco do Batman, one of the most visited tourist attractions in São Paulo, reflects CoSecurity’s objective of combining security and urban art in places with strong cultural appeal. The work was on display until October 22, allowing visitors to experience this unique combination of art and technology. The camera remains active, reinforcing CoSecurity’s presence in the city.
