The Reclame AQUI 2024 Award has something new among its special awards. This year, in partnership with Instituto Mestre GP and ADNews, the work of marketing professionals from the Nominated Companies will be recognized through the special “Customer-Centered Marketing Star” award. Registration for participation is open until October 31st, on the Reclame Award website HERE.
The award seeks to recognize marketing campaigns that place the customer at the center of the strategy, highlighting actions aimed at consumer satisfaction and loyalty. This is one of the special awards created by Reclame AQUI and which are part of the Reclame AQUI Award, aimed at professionals and companies that stand out in delivering quality and efficiency in customer service.
What is the special award?
The “Customer-Centered Marketing Star” is a new addition to the special awards category. It does not replace category awards, but offers additional recognition to CMOs of Nominated Companies that have maintained a “Good”, “Great” or “RA1000” reputation in the platform’s 6-month tab. Only companies that meet these criteria will be able to register and participate.
How to participate?
Interested Nominated Companies must submit a video of up to 120 seconds, detailing the challenges, solutions and results of the campaign, with an emphasis on positive impacts for customers. The video must be sent in MP4 or MOV format, with a maximum size of 100MB. Registration is free and must be completed in the company area, on the Reclame AQUI Award website, by October 31st, at 11:59 pm.
Eligibility Criteria
- The campaign must have been launched between January 1st and August 31st, 2024.
- The company must maintain a “Good”, “Great” or “RA1000” reputation status for at least four months, according to Reclame AQUI indices, during the campaign period.
- The metrics presented must demonstrate improvements in customer relations, aligned with the company’s objectives.
How will the winning company be chosen?
The evaluation panel will be made up of representatives from Reclame AQUI, Instituto Mestre GP and ADNews, responsible for selecting the winner among the registered cases.
Benefits for winners
In the special “Customer-Centered Marketing Star” award, the CMO of the Nominated Company will be awarded, if the campaign is successful. In addition to receiving the trophy and the Champion Company seal at the special awards ceremony, the winning company has visibility during the awards ceremony, which will take place on December 9th and 10th at Espaço Unimed, in São Paulo, with the presence of more than 1 5 thousand people per day and hundreds of participating brands. The awards offer a significant opportunity for networking and exposure, as the Nominated Companies will be represented at the event.
