The new Pague Menos campaign is on air, which promises to be the biggest pharmacy promotion of 2024. With the highlight of “more health and more than half a million in prizes”, the promotion offers up to R$500 in shopping vouchers every 15 minutes and 2 cars 0km. There are more than 100 prizes every day and a new car per month.
Created by the team at Advance, an agency based in Fortaleza, the campaign reflects the enchantment and advantages of concentrating purchases on the Pague Menos network. The concept also aims to respect the brand’s new purpose, which is “bringing health with love to every Brazilian”. With this, one of the premises is to bring promotion closer to health care, arguing that the customer “wins” in price and “wins in health”.
“In a light way, with a precise jingle, we remind the customer how they always get more when choosing Pague Menos. Get health, get discounts and now get prizes. It’s a win-win that turned into a campaign”, explains Marcelo Romko, Executive Creative Director.
The campaign, which is valid throughout the country, was designed with a 360° strategy by Advance and includes TV media, on the main broadcasters in the country, as well as radio, backbus, busdoor, urban furniture, billboard and frontlight. The film is produced by Santeria and audio by Lucha Libre.
For Joana Dambrós, Planning Director at Advance, the objective is to ensure that Pague Menos is always the first choice in pharmacies for its public. “In addition to highlighting all the advantages that the customer gains whenever they choose Pague Menos, enhanced during this promotional moment, we also seek to strengthen the emotional relationship through a charming shopping experience with a focus on health”, he highlights.
According to Flávia Drummond, Director of Marketing, Growth and CX at Pague Menos and Extrafarma, the strategic “Win Win” campaign is a way of reciprocating customer loyalty and reinforcing the network’s commitment to offering benefits. “With the ‘Win Win’ campaign, we want to offer our customers even more opportunities to take care of their health and well-being, as well as rewarding them for their loyalty with incredible prizes. The initiative aims to go beyond satisfaction, seeking excellence in each interaction and exceeding customer expectations. It’s a way of recognizing the trust placed in our services”, says the executive.
To participate in the new promotion and have the chance to take home a voucher worth up to R$500 to use on the network’s website, app or WhatsApp, or compete for two new 0km cars, simply buy R$50 in participating products and register your purchases on website. Within 48 hours, the lucky numbers will be available to spin the virtual roulette wheel and know instantly if you have won. The same coupon is valid for the draws of the two 0km cars in lottery draws. The next one will be held on November 9th. Living up to the name of the campaign, Gold Customers have an extra bit of luck, having double the chances of winning the prizes, receiving two lucky numbers for every R$50 and, consequently, two chances of spinning the roulette wheel.
