Hotel action includes photo session with dogs and donation to Instituto Adotedog
Palácio Tangará launched a year-end campaign seeking to raise awareness about the abandonment of pets, especially during the critical period of holidays and parties. The action is part of the Green December movement, which warns of the increase in animal abandonment at this time, and promotes responsible ownership.
The hotel held a photo session with adopted dogs that became characters in iconic photos, usually taken by guests and shared on social media, reinforcing the idea that pets are part of the family and should be included in celebrations and trips.
“We want to show that our guests do not need to choose between traveling or taking care of their dogs; at Palácio Tangará, in addition to delighting our guests, we are also preparing to welcome their best friend. Our campaign seeks to raise awareness about responsible dog ownership, especially during this delicate period “, explains Juliana Pestana, marketing director at Palácio Tangará.
In addition, the hotel will also donate R$200.00 for each dog hosted, during the months of December, January and February, to the Adotedog Institute, which has been working to rescue abandoned animals since 2011 and has already received more than five thousand services throughout of years.
