KitKat and Universal Pictures have teamed up to launch the special edition “KitKat Wicked”, inspired by the characters Elphaba and Glinda from the film “Wicked”. The film is scheduled to premiere on November 21, 2024.
The novelty features a strawberry-flavored white chocolate in the format of six fingers in two colors: green and pink, symbolizing the contrast between the protagonists Elphaba, a young woman, misunderstood because of her unusual green skin, who has not yet discovered her true power, and Glinda , a popular young woman, gilded by privilege and ambition, who has not yet discovered her true heart.
The launch will be available from November 13th and will feature different packaging. The box will feature Wicked’s two main characters — Elphaba and Glinda — prominently, capturing the spirit of the unlikely friendship that grows between them at Shiz University in the fantastical Land of Oz. Additionally, the KitKat Chocolatory store at Shopping Eldorado, in São Paulo, will feature the film’s theme.
