CP+B, an agency led by partners Vinicius Reis, André Kassu and Marcos Medeiros, announces changes in the company’s main leadership positions, bringing for the first time the positions of Vice-Presidency and Managing Director, in the same year in which they complete 10 years of performance.
The Vice-Presidency positions are now occupied by Renata Serafim, Tony Arbex and Wilson Negrini, who already lead the strategy, media and customer service and business areas, respectively. These movements are in line with the achievements of accounts such as Guaraná Antártica at the beginning of the year and Zeekr, a Chinese brand of luxury electric cars, belonging to the same group as Volvo, and which will start to be sold in Brazil, starting in October. CPB will be responsible for the brand’s entire communication strategy, including media and social.
Cassandra Rudinger, who has held the position of CFO of the agency for over nine years, will now serve as Managing Director and will be responsible for expanding the company’s business strategies, reporting to the CEO, Vinicius Reis, who continues in the position. “With the expansion of CPB and Stagwell’s businesses in Brazil, we recognize the importance of dividing the agency’s management and governance responsibilities. This decision becomes even more crucial given the new accounts won and the expansion of our service portfolio, including the recent integration of the performance area.” Concludes Vinicius Reis, CEO of CP+B Brasil and president of Stagwell for Latin America.
