Innova AATB restructured its planning team with the promotion and arrival of new leaders for different strategic areas. Leticia Martins, now in charge of the social media area, brings her experience of more than 13 years in the communications market, working for agencies such as Wunderman, Jotacom, Babel-Azza, among others.
Leticia will be responsible for exploring the disruptive potential of creative content, mapping new opportunities on digital platforms and using assertive strategies to build strong and engaged brand presences on clients’ social networks.
Marcelo Gastaldi, new head of live marketing planning, has more than 20 years of experience, having worked for agencies such as Ogilvy, Almap, DM9, Aktuell, Samba, Rock, MKT House, Expertise and Eventesse. Throughout his career, he has developed projects for major brands, such as VW, Vivo, BRF, Unilever, Lindt, Reckitt and Royal Enfield.
Julio Barros, recently promoted to head of advertising planning, takes on the challenge of strengthening Innova as a full service agency, integrating several communication fronts to consolidate the company’s “All Around the Brand” DNA.
With almost five years of experience at the agency, Julio now leads the development of far-reaching creative strategies, focused on generating significant results for clients, reinforcing Innova’s position as a reference in integrated and high-impact communication.
