Winclap, a boutique Growth Transformation and digital marketing consultancy, announces the hiring of Amanda Ferracini as the new Country Manager in Brazil. With extensive experience of almost 20 years in renowned companies such as Softbank, Inter and Amazon, Ferracini arrives with the mission of strengthening Winclap’s operations and creating new opportunities in the Brazilian market.
Winclap, founded in 2014 in Argentina, operates in five countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and the United States. With its expertise in digital growth, the company offers integrated solutions that combine technology, strategic Growth consultancy, media, creatives, CRM. In Brazil, Winclap already has clients such as Globoplay, Mercado Livre, Wellhub (formerly Gympass), Rappi, Avenue, among others.
According to Ferracini, Brazil is one of the markets with the greatest potential for Growth Transformation strategies in Latin America, but it also faces significant challenges in sustainable growth. “Our goal is to help brands grow sustainably, integrating marketing planning with business objectives. We use data and technology to optimize investments and retain customers, especially in a highly competitive environment”, explains the executive. “We want to ensure that brands are able to attract and retain consumers, especially in a challenging economic scenario in which our expertise gains even more relevance.”
