At Droga5, there is a new global director and a former Amazon executive arrives at Winclap; stay up to date with other news
Unlike the last few weeks, the one that ends this Friday, the first day of November, saw repatriation, promotion and a new global director at Droga5.
The first news comes from Gotchawhich now has Guilherme Saccomani as co-CEO, alongside Carlos Coelho, who also holds the position of CCO.
He will also join Gotcha’s board of directors, with the mission of driving the integration and growth of the GT7 and Datamines brands, partner companies of the hub.
The executive spent seven years as CFO of Publicis Groupe until January 2023. In April of the same year, Saccomani moved to GhFly Network, in the role of partner and managing director. And this year, in March, he became a partner in the startup Rain, alongside Domenico Massareto.

A Droga5 appointed Emma Montgomery as global strategy director. This is the third announcement about the agency’s global structure this year, after Pelle Sjoenellin March, as global creative director, and Mark Greenas global CEO.
Montgomery will bring his leadership experience to Droga5 and will be responsible for connecting and leveraging the agency’s strategic and creative offerings globally. Its base will be New York, the agency’s headquarters.
Former Amazon at Winclap
A Winclap hired Amanda Ferracini for the position of country manager in Brazil. With almost 20 years of experience in companies such as Softbank, Inter and Amazon, Amanda arrives with the mission of strengthening Winclap’s operations and creating opportunities in the Brazilian market.
