Bullet, led by Fernando Figueiredo, announces Cesar Leite and Neila Ceródio as new statutory partners. Both professionals have over 20 years of experience at the agency, with extensive experience and recognition, already being part of the Board of Associates.
The decision to add professionals to the corporate structure is part of a strategic plan initiated in 2020, after a restructuring that consolidated Fernando’s almost total control over the agency. Since then, Bullet has undergone transformations that have taken the agency to another level, which include new relationship models with its employees, with participation, product restructuring, developing Advertising, Digital and Social as well as experience and promotion and international expansion. Always focusing on StorySelling®.
“All goals have been achieved and exceeded since 2020”, highlights Fernando Figueiredo, CEO of the agency. “Nothing fairer than sharing the merit with professionals who have made all this happen.”
Among the agency’s results is sustainable 2-digit growth per year, which leaves Bullet 75% larger than the pre-pandemic period, accompanied by a restructuring of the client portfolio, where today 68% are fixed and long-term relationships. Bullet also implemented a definitive hybrid work model, keeping its headquarters in São Paulo and Miami constantly on the move, with a format where professionals can better manage their time using structures for day-to-day operational and strategic situations.
Cesar Leite, who began his career at Bullet as a creative, accumulated leadership roles and in 2020 became COO, assuming a fundamental position in the agency’s operation. With his extensive experience, he dominates all operational aspects of Bullet, imprinting his vision not only on the product, but also on the culture to be preserved.
Neila Ceródio (CRO), has always stood out in the pricing area, has become a reference in financial planning for the agency and its clients, ensuring viability for the most complex demands, in addition to being an interface with suppliers and partners, ensuring that they are aligned with Bullet’s high level of demand.
The two new partners join Adriana Ribeiro, CFO, consolidating a new cycle in Bullet’s corporate structure. “Bullet’s new corporate model is just beginning”, comments Fernando Figueiredo. Bullet’s board, composed of executives such as Gica Trierweiler (CSO), Rico Mendonça (CCO), Carol Ribeiro (CBO), Vanessa Silva (Head of Business) and Jonas Fortes (Business Director), in addition to the new partners, forms a team aligned and prepared to drive the future of the agency.
