It is now available exclusively at HBO Maxthe Max Original production 2022, which marks the reunion of great names in Brazilian music. Created by Monique Gardenberg, the special will feature 22 songs, divided into two acts. The original national production also features a third behind-the-scenes record, with interviews and never-before-seen scenes from the production, complementing the project.
In allusion to the centenary of the Week of Modern Art, 2022 will celebrate modernity through the power and inventiveness of Brazilian music, in its most diverse genres. The script offers a reflection on Brazil and confirms culture as an independent and indestructible force of a nation.
The production has the participation of more than 50 artists, including Caetano Veloso, Carlinhos Brown, Chico Buarque, Elza Soares, Gal Costa, João Bosco, Ludmila, Racionais, Martinho da Vila, among many others.

The entire presentation is directly linked to the concept and purpose of the project. While the music is celebrated by the performers on stage, the scenography features works by Brazilian plastic artists, with a strong presence of the new generation of artists from different origins, which includes: Elian Almeida, Denilson Baniwa, Kika Carvalho, Éder Oliveira, Vânia Mignone, Márcia Falcão, Maxwell Alexandre, among others.

2022 is a WarnerMedia production produced by Dueto, for HBO Max. Monique shares the curatorship with Hermano Vianna and Lourenço Rebetez, the direction with Felipe Hirsch. Daniela Thomas is the art director and Fernando Young is the photography director. The musical direction is by Liminha and Kassin, with regency by Jaques Morelenbaum.
