At DPZ, creation and content became integrated, new director at Conspiração, among others
A DPZ made changes in the areas of creation and content, which began to work together. The VP of creation at DPZ, Fabio Mozeliwill work alongside the recently hired VP of Content Anna Marthaformer FCB Brasil, who welcomes the content director to his team Bibiana Saldanha.
The decision to integrate the areas of creation and content strengthens business generation in the creator economy, a market that could exceed US$480 billion by 2027, according to data from consultancy firm Goldman Sachs.
Already Bullet, Cesar Leite e Neil Cerodio became the new statutory members. Both professionals have over 20 years of experience at the agency and are already part of the Board of Associates.
The decision to add professionals to the corporate structure is part of a strategic plan initiated in 2020, after a restructuring that consolidated almost totalitarian control of Fernando Figueiredo at the agency.
Cesar Leite, who began his career at Bullet as a creative, accumulated leadership roles and in 2020 became COO, assuming a fundamental position in the agency’s operation.
Neila Ceródio, who holds the CRO chair, is a specialist in the area of pricing, and has become a reference in financial planning for the agency and its clients.
The two new partners join the CFO Adriana Ribeiro.
New director at NEOOH
Jued Andari assumed the position of director of institutional relations at NEOOH. With this new leadership, the company wants to reinforce its expansion strategy, in addition to intensifying the search for new partnerships that add value to the company’s portfolio.
Reporting directly to the CEO, Leonardo CheblyAndari will have the mission of managing institutional demands and maximizing the performance of NEOOH concessions, ensuring proximity and alignment with the needs of stakeholders.
Ex-Publicis Groupe na Adsmovil
A Adsmovil announced this week the arrival of Paulo Schiavon as executive director of retail media in Brazil. Schiavon is the founder and president of the IAB Brasil Retail Media Committee and, in recent years, he served as head of retail partnerships and chief revenue officer (CRO) at Unlimitail.
With more than 25 years of experience in digital business, marketing and e-commerce, he arrives at Adsmovil with the challenge of generating new business opportunities with advertisers and partners.
He served as director of digital business at Folha de S.Paulo, director of Online Business Latam at Samsung and head of digital and commerce at Publicis Groupe (Sapient AG2, Performics and CitrusAd/Epsilon). He was also CMO of the real estate portal VivaReal and accumulated more than a decade of experience in advertising agencies.
In Conspiracy
The executive Maria Angela de Jesus joined the Conspiracy with the role of associate executive producer. In addition to collaborating on pre-existing internal projects, it will also develop its own projects in partnership with the producer.
Paramount, Netflix and HBO are some of the names on the professional’s resume, who has already had four Emmy nominations and leads Brazilian productions in the main American players.
The radio in mourning
Brazil said goodbye this week to Antônio Augusto Amaral de Carvalhofounder of Young Pan. Seu Tuta, as he was known, died at the age of 93 in São Paulo. According to a publication by Grupo Jovem Pan, Seu Tuta was admitted to the Sírio Libanês hospital, in São Paulo, with poor health.
Tuta began his career at the end of the 1940s, being responsible for the creation and command of programs on radio and television. In the 1960s, he created festivals on TV Record, which contributed to the ‘Tropicália’ and ‘Jovem Guarda’ movements. He formatted programs such as ‘Família Trapo’, which had personalities such as Jô Soares, Hebe Camargo and Ronald Golias in the cast.
