After winning the account, Made signs its first campaign for Hapvida NotreDame Intermédica. With the “Office Chat” concept and humorous language, the debut campaign shows the daily lives of patients.

The communication presents four pieces with different situations to talk about Hapvida’s differences. The films are produced by Saigon and Sonido, directed by Silvio Cunha. The strategy includes pieces for digital media, TV and social media.

The campaign aims to present our business in a simple way, using everyday language, a light dialogue, which has become office chat. The campaign shows why Hapvida delivers quality, accessible and technological healthcare”, says Hapvida’s Vice President of Marketing and Dentistry, Jaqueline Sena.
The company’s Marketing Director, Monique Alencar, details the communication strategy adopted. “We choose the best ways to be close to our customers. The objective is clear: to be alongside our audience. The campaign is present on a mix of channels and on our proprietary channels, where we have a large audience in a universe of around 16 million customers, a sales force with 15 thousand brokers and approximately 70 thousand employees, in addition to 28 thousand doctors and 22 thousand dentists, investors and partners”, he points out.
