According to the company, the new model aims for more agile and competitive processes
SBT announced a new organizational structure, which, according to the company, focuses on more agile processes and operations that align with the Silvio Santos Group.
Daniela Abravanel Beyruti will continue as president of SBT, with Fernando Justus Fischer as COO, and Marcello Sassatani as CFO. A new structure, led by Daniela and Fischer, will be formed by three superintendences that will encompass the company’s different departments: Content Creation & Production; Business & Marketing; and Distribution, Technology & Services.
Content Creation & Production will cover Multiplatform Content Production, Artistic, Programming and Visual Creation and will be led by Leon Abravanel, who previously worked at Teatro Silvio Santos, Rede de Affiliadas and SBT Online.
Negócios & Comercialização will be led by Vicente Varela, who was director of Commercial Operations and Market Intelligence at SBT and will now head the superintendency. The department will encompass the Commercial Operations, Market Intelligence, CRM and Data, Customer Experience, Marketing and Licensing, Communication Advisory, Products, Digital Business Transformation and Licensing teams.
Alfonso Aurin will head the Distribution, Technology & Services superintendence, which will encompass the areas of Technology and Operations, Editing, Set Factory, Scenography, IT, Digital Tech Transformation, Software Development and Infrastructure.
