Bianca Escobar and Tiago Boité are new managers and Davi Barros and Rafaela Relva join the team as creative duo
3mais expanded its business with new hires and promotions. Bianca Escobar now holds the position of manager of Brands and New Business, an area under the direction of Rafaella Eyer. Tiago Boité joins to supervise the Brand Intelligence and Strategy team, led by Guilherme Loureiro.
As a creative duo, the agency hired Art director Davi Barros and writer Rafaela Relva.
Bianca already has five years’ experience at 3mais and in addition to a master’s degree in Digital Marketing from the University of Southampton (United Kingdom), she worked in the marketing department of several brands such as FGV, Itaú, Nokia, TVA and Parque Bondinho Pão de Açúcar. Boité was also already at the agency, but coordinating the digital media area.
The newly hired duo joins the team of Creative Director Flávio Medeiros. Barros has a degree in Graphic Design and arrived at 3mais as Art Director after working for brands such as NavCity, HOW Eletrônicos, Americanas, Shoptime, Fiocruz, Museu da Vida, Órama Investimentos and BTG Pactual, among others. The writer Rafaela has worked at Grupo Bandeirantes de Comunicação, Eletrobras, Grupo Cataratas, Órama Investimentos and Grupo BTG Pactual and has a degree in Advertising from the School of Communication at UFRJ.
