Hering presented a special campaign to reinforce its legacy by bringing its ‘fish’ in different Christmas interpretations with the participation of French pastry chef Cedric Grolet and actress and Hering ambassador Bruna Marquezine.
Dressed in Hering pieces, in the video, the two prepare a Brazilian recipe for chocolate panettone. Bruna is the first Brazilian to cook with Cedric Grolet in Paris, and together, they share the flavor of Christmas, reinforcing that the ‘Basico do Brasil’ is a timeless icon for this date.
“I had the privilege of bringing my vision to an iconic Brazilian Christmas recipe. Meeting and cooking with Bruna during a pre-Christmas campaign for Hering was fun and we managed to create something authentic and full of flavor together, which reflects the spirit of celebration and the connection that Christmas brings,” says Cedric.
“This is the beginning: throughout the month, we will bring other phases that reinforce these Christmas symbols. For this moment, we want to strengthen our place as a Christmas icon alongside two current great powers: Bruna Marquezine and Cedric Grolet, showing that the brand , in addition to having a presence in the lives of Brazilians, is also in tune with the spirit of the time”, explains Victoria Toni, director of the Hering brand.
For this Christmas, Hering has joined the Pact Against Hunger and will make donations that will benefit the ‘Quebrada Alimentada’ project. The social investment will contribute to the purchase of utensils and equipment for the ‘Solidarity Kitchen’ and ‘Jardim Julieta Community School’, which will serve more than 860 families and deliver more than 500 meals per week, using the concept of full use of food and zero waste.
