Action includes drive-in cinema at the Interlagos Racetrack and film, created by Crispin Porter & Bogusky Brasil
Guaraná Antarctica presented an immersive experience as part of the series of tributes carried out by the brand to Ayrton Senna. ‘Drive In-terlagos’ will be a drive-in cinema set up by Guaraná Antarctica at the Autódromo de Interlagos with the screening of the first two episodes of the new Netflix miniseries, ‘Senna’, starring Gabriel Leone, which premieres on November 29th .
The action features a film, created by Crispin Porter & Bogusky Brasil and produced by Saigon Filmes and Hefty, which features an audio of Senna, re-recorded by actor Gabriel Leone, in which the driver narrates his lap around the Interlagos circuit during a training session in 1994. In the images, different generations walk the circuit.
There will be several outdoor sessions of the exhibition on November 30th and December 1st, after the release of the series on Netflix. The public must go by car and take a route around the racetrack, including the ‘S do Senna’ curve until reaching the drive-in.
The location will have a 17-meter screen to show the initial episodes of the series that explores the victories, challenges and the more human side of the pilot. The action includes distribution of gifts, sale of popcorn and Guaraná Antarctica.
Before each screening, the public will watch a performance by the Heliópolis Orchestra, which will play the ‘Victory Theme’ live. Tickets cost R$100.00 and proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Ayrton Senna Institute.
“With ‘Drive In-terlagos’, we want to provide a unique and immersive experience, which combines entertainment, emotion and a true journey to Senna’s legacy, in one of the most emblematic places of his career”, explains Guilherme Poyares, head of marketing of Guaraná Antarctica.
